My last post reminded me a little of a segment of Louis C.K.'s comedy and I managed to find a clip on Youtube of him talking about being over 40.  I remember the first time I saw this just busting out laughing totally able to relate. I decided to devote some time watching the series "Louie" and after a few episodes I began to feel really depressed.   Needless to say I stopped watching the episodes back-to-back.  I recommend that if you are over forty taking Louis C.K. a little at a time particularly when you are in a chipper mood.  Watch and enjoy:
